  • $8 urban NZ-wide
  • $14 rural delivery
  • $28 Australia shipping
  • Free NZ shipping on orders over $60
  • Free AUS shipping on orders over $80

⏱ How long will my order take?

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (we’re quick to get your stationery to you!)
  • Delivery: 1–3 business days NZ (rural may take a little longer) or 3-10 business days AUS
  • All orders include tracking so you can keep an eye on your package

🔄 Can I return my order?

  • Yes, contact us within 5 days of receiving it
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty/incorrect)

💸 How do refunds work?

  • Refunds can be sent back to your original payment method or as store credit
  • Processed once we receive and check your return

Your stationery order will be carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only.

Shipping Rates

Standard urban shipping: $8NZD

Rural delivery: $14NZD

Australia shipping: $28NZD

Free NZ shipping on orders over $60NZD

Free AUS shipping
on orders over $80AUD

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, your happy mail usually arrives within 1–3 business days for NZ and 3-10 business days for Australia. Rural deliveries may take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Every order comes with tracking, so you can follow your paper treasures from our desk to yours.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your Pocket of Paper order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Window
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility
To keep our products safe, items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened items, sale items or gift cards

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
We can refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, whichever you prefer. Once your return arrives back with us, please allow a few business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your stationery arrives damaged or not quite what you ordered, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your package. We’ll ask for photo evidence so we can make things right quickly. Depending on the situation, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
