Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your Pocket of Paper order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Return Window
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To keep our products safe, items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened items, sale items or gift cards
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
We can refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, whichever you prefer. Once your return arrives back with us, please allow a few business days for processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your stationery arrives damaged or not quite what you ordered, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your package. We’ll ask for photo evidence so we can make things right quickly. Depending on the situation, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
